You’re Fired!

Q:  I have an employee who wants to do things her way.  She doesn’t attend team meetings, safety meetings or follow the policies of my office. She feels she knows it all and has done it all because she has been working in the Dental field for over 15 years. What do you recommend I should do?

A:  FIRE HER! – Employees that are set in their ways, who refuse to change or improve, to strive to do better have no place in any business.

I have a question, who is running your business?  Sounds to me it isn’t you!

Competition Concept

To survive in business today you need to do at least what the competition does.  If you want to thrive you must pull away from the competition by offering more and doing more.

Example – if the Dental offices in your area have websites, as a minimum you should have a website too.  If the Dental Offices in your area offer “one visit Dentistry”, you need to be offering it as well.
