Employment Application

When hiring employees always use an Employment Application which can be purchased from an office supply dealer, never hire on just a résumé. 

It is the responsibly of employers to verify the information on the Employment Application within reason.  Keep notes when verifying information and making reference contacts.

Employment Application for candidates who were not hired must be kept on file for a minimum of 6 months.

In addition, never hire with conditions unless it is in writing base upon labor regulation and is agreed and signed by both parties.
