Will you do what it takes?
Will you do what it takes to deliver the highest quality of care at the lowest level of risk with each and every patient every time?
Or do you fall to mediocrity by believing that infection control is overkill or patient safety isn’t an issue with you. Do you convince yourself that you are doing every thing right and that there is no reason to improve or change? Do you always look for the cheapest and easiest ways of doing things even if it increases risk to you or patients?
